Thursday 10th January 2013 I visited the
West of London, the weather was very overcast. We spent some time at the Royal
Hospital Chelsea, home of the Chelsea Pensioners. All of the residents are retired
from military service in the British army, recently women have joined their
ranks, presently there are six female residents. The residents are famous for wearing
the bright red uniforms, a gift for the photographers.
